Fall 2023 Jamboree

The Fall 2023 Palmetto Pre-K Jamboree: Early Learning - Rooted in Play will be held virtually, the morning of Monday, July 31, and afternoon of Tuesday, August 1.

Attendees will experience empowering professional development opportunities to support and uplift the whole child. Any and all pre-kindergarten teachers, support staff and administrators are invited to join these virtual events. All attendees may qualify for SC Endeavors credit hours.

The Jamboree is held twice a year and presented by First Steps 4K, SC Head Start Collaboration Office, SC Department of Education and SC Department of Social Services.

Planning Committee

A planning committee with representatives from the four agencies that provide publicly funded preschool in South Carolina (Department of Education, First Steps 4K, Department of Social Services, and Head Start Collaboration Office) collaborate to plan the day.

SC Endeavors Information

The SC Endeavors Registry is designed to support early childhood professionals in licensed and state regulated early childhood settings across South Carolina including family-based and center childcare, preschool, Head Start, and Pre-K. To receive SC Endeavors credit for sessions attended, you must register and log in to Jamboree sessions using your specific Zoom link (received in a confirmation email) and log in on your own device. You must attend the session for at least 80% of the session time to receive credit, you need to have your camera on and audio connection available.
